Advisor Agreement
A customized advisor agreement (typically equity-compensated) for an early-stage company.
Most engagements are a single attorney fee for a written scope. Some scale by tier after a short intake. Ongoing counsel is a monthly subscription. Contested, multi-party, or federal instruments are custom-quoted before work starts.
Our flat fees are set against a survey of published law firm pricing, not against what we feel like charging. Here is the evidence behind the figures on this page.
We reassess our flat fees every quarter against current market rates, so clients are never paying more than a fair, competitive price in an industry where rates shift constantly.
Attorney fees only. USPTO, USCO and WIPO official fees are billed separately at cost, by us and by every firm in the sample.
Market figures are attorney fees only, drawn from a survey of more than 80 firms and Upwork attorney comparables compiled in August 2026 from public pricing pages. Official USPTO, USCO and WIPO fees are excluded, and are billed separately at cost. Final fee confirmed in the engagement letter.

Graduate science training. Federal and dual-use fluency. A written scope and attorney fee before work starts. Official fees at cost, listed separately.
Do not take our word for any of this. Every credential behind the pricing on this page is a public record you can look up in about a minute.
