The $50 screening fee is a low-cost opportunity to discuss your objectives, review materials submitted in advance, and determine whether the Firm is a good fit for your matter. The screening is an intake and evaluation meeting and is not intended to provide legal advice, legal opinions, or legal strategy.

  • 100% Retainer Credit: The $50 fee is credited directly toward your legal fees upon retaining the Firm (excludes USPTO/government fees and third-party expenses).
  • Non-Refundable: Covers administrative intake, material review, and conflict check processing if you choose not to proceed.
