This is a transparent catalog of market-benchmarked flat-fee, tiered, and subscription legal engagements. Attorney fees are scoped in writing before work starts. USPTO, Copyright Office, WIPO, and other official fees are billed separately at cost. Pick a service, or book a 15-minute screening call and we will point you to the right product.

Federal Government & Defense Technology Transactions

CRADAs, OTAs, SBIR/STTR, teaming, dual-use roadmaps, and defense-to-commercial transitions. Custom-quoted because federal instruments do not standardize cleanly.

Disputes, Enforcement & Pre-Litigation

Demand letters, takedowns, claim charts, pre-litigation strategy, and a clean handoff to litigation counsel. This firm does not try cases; it positions them.

Pricing

How fees work

Market-benchmarked flat-fee legal pricing. Most engagements are a single attorney fee for a written scope. Some scale by tier after a short intake. Ongoing counsel is a monthly subscription. Contested, multi-party, or federal instruments are custom-quoted before work starts.

Flat fee

The default. One attorney fee for a written scope and a defined deliverable, agreed before work starts.

Tiered / starting-at

For engagements whose size is only knowable after a short intake. The tier is confirmed in the engagement letter.

Subscription

Ongoing counsel on a monthly retainer — defined hours, a response-time commitment, and a standing scope.

Custom quote

Contested, multi-party, and federal instruments — OTAs, CRADAs, teaming agreements — which do not standardize cleanly. Quoted before work starts.

The firm caps the number of active matters on purpose, so the attorney who takes the call is the attorney who does the work. Quoted amounts are attorney fees only; USPTO, U.S. Copyright Office, WIPO and other official or third-party fees are billed separately at cost and can change. Foreign counsel and translations are extra.

You filed. That does not mean you are covered.

One extra carbon atom erased a company's priority date and invalidated every claim it sued on. The guide shows what a provisional actually reserves, and the two questions to ask before you file.
