Rosa M. Villa, Esq. founder of Villa Law, PLLC, is a South Florida attorney dedicated to helping creatives and business owners protect what matters most—their ideas. Rosa focuses on trademark and copyright protection, IP licensing deals, and trade secret strategies, combining proactive planning with strong advocacy.
Recognizing the overlap between employment law and intellectual property, Rosa saw an opportunity to merge these practices to deliver comprehensive representation for businesses and entrepreneurs. Her approach ensures clients safeguard their IP while navigating complex workplace and contractual issues.
Rosa’s experience spans litigation and alternative dispute resolution in federal and state courts, as well as drafting and negotiating business and IP agreements. She has worked with major organizations such as BBC Studios and the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, drafting licensing agreements for international enterprises and artists—experience that deepened her passion for protecting creative works.
Rosa earned her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law on a merit scholarship (Class of 2020) and is an active member of the bar, including involvement with the Hispanic National Bar Association and the Intellectual Property Law Institute.
In November 2025, Rosa joined The SciTech & IP Law Firm PLLC as Of Counsel, bringing her litigation and employment law expertise to support the firm’s intellectual property clients and deliver comprehensive, strategic solutions.
