Limited Availability Notice
Starting October 19, 2026, Mr. Furlow will also provide legal consulting to the U.S. Department of Defense as a government contractor. While that work continues, the firm can’t take matters involving government-funded research, defense activities, federal contracting, or other government programs. Every new matter must pass a conflict and ethics review before the firm accepts it.
The firm limits how many matters it takes at one time. Having worked with the firm before does not guarantee it can take a new matter.
Representation begins only after the conflict review is complete and both sides sign a written engagement agreement. Contacting the firm or requesting a consultation does not create an attorney-client relationship.
The government work is project-based, so the firm’s availability and services may change.
