The standard we work to
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA across the site, with particular attention to the intake form, the booking flow and the payment pages, because those are the paths a prospective client has to complete.
How this site is tested
Accessibility is treated as a requirement of the build rather than a later pass. The intake, booking and payment journey is held to automated checks plus a keyboard-only and a screen reader review before it is considered finished. If you find something that falls short of that, we want to hear about it.
Known limitations
Some third-party components, including the payment fields and the booking calendar, are rendered by external providers and we do not control their markup directly. If one of them blocks you, tell us and we will find another way to complete your request.
